i want to be a fashion designer

hi everyone i`m a 26 year ol female from malta..i love clothes and i
simply adore creating new ideas for my outfit...i`ve always wanted to
take the fashion design seriously but ad to concentrate on my music
career first. now i want to start taking it seriously..the problem is
that i hve a lot of ideas and creativity in my mind but don`t know how
to design and where to start from...any ideas??
