T–shirts with tight sleeves

I have two questions–
1. What are some sites where I can have one tshirt made with just words
on it? I saw one a while back but I can't find it now.
2. Are there sites that will make shirts that have tight sleeves like
fitted T's and/or "stretch" T's with my text/image on them? I hate the
normal t–shirt sleeves they're too baggy.
