I've got black (Asian) hair, about 10% white. I would like to colour
the white a bright blue, which I think would make a nice contrast to the

include the name "Manic Panic", which I know I can get locally, but I
see that Special Effects and Crazy Color were also recommended.)
The Manic Panic, Special Effects, and Crazy Color people say you must
bleach first, but what if the natural colour of the hair is white? Or,
do I have to process the hair in some way so that it will take in the
colour?
My hair is untreated: no colour, no perm.
I haven't seen this idea discussed before, so thank you very much in
advance!
Hi: Is the white all in one place, like a big streak, or is it kind
of distributed all over? Because a lot of indian women I know who
have white hair (I'm indian) dye the white brown/red and think it
looks like highlights but it really doesn't...... I think it could
look cool if the white is all in one place though.
