Mid heel pointy toe shoes

I would love to wear these but all the leather toebeds are too
uncomfortable.
Are there some shoes out there that have that "stretch man made leather or
some other material" to make these type shoes more comfortable?
How about the Donald J. Plimar ones? Any help appreciated.

Yes, Pliner makes a microfiber shoe. Delman ballet flats are made of a
very soft leather and stretch to fit your feet. Look at zappos or
Nordstrom web sites, but you really need to try these on to see if you
like the fit.

Yikes, just got them and they are not the least bit attractive on my
feet......they are on their way back and Zappos is on the way with three
pairs of "comfort" dress heels.
I am on a mission to find comfortable heels and so have been on the Zappos
website checking the feedback on shoes that I am interested in......time
consuming but hopefully it pays off.
