hair will grow back after damaging?

Hello,
I have a problem with my hair, I tend to overstress hair with bleaching
and dyes and they fall and hair skin become a bit reddish, do you know
how can I make them grow back or stimulate hair follicle because I
notice I have less and weak hair , like a strange sensation on the
roots when I handle them. ..
The majority of sparsity is above the forehead and temples...
