What I Ordered Today

"scorpio00g...@cs.com" <scorpio00girl@yahoo.com>
Land's End shop at Sears:
2 V–neck spring weight cashmere sweaters in clear green & island
turquoise. I tried on a couple of them in the store and I was very
impressed with the fit, colors and quality. The sweaters were $99 each
in Sears. They're $59.99 online. I ordered from the computer in the
store to get free shipping, used a $20 off $100 coupon I received with
my last order and a $25 gift certificate from Amex rewards program, so
I only paid $75 for both sweaters. I also added a pair of grey French
terry sweatpants from the clearance outlet.
Joann.com:
Gingher Fleur–De–Lis Embroidery Scissors and 3 large spools Gutermann
Sew All thread. I wish I could find a good fabric store in my area. The
only places I know are Walmart & Ragshop and I'm totally unimpressed
with both of them. Does anyone have any recommendations in central NJ?

You got a $20 off coupon from Lands End? I order loads of things from them
and have never received anything like that. Was there some special reason?

I bought some crocs online. I got two pair while I was at home in the
states and now I'm totally obsessed! They are so comfortable and
really well suited to my work at school, where I have to keep kicking
off my shoes to work barefooted in the Drama Studio.
I have one pair in black and another in corally pink. I ordered a
chocolate pair of closed toed ones. Hope they're okay!

was very seductive ... and i thought she was really good! so i rewound my
dvr to find out who she was. shakira, hmmmm. so i went to itunes to read
about her, then purchased her english cd. hope i like her as much as last
night! it's always neat to find something new, be it a band, author or even
a new ice cream flavor! (tried home–made fig in baha –– delicious!).

I believe they're sending a one time use coupon code with every order
right now. It's a promotion they're running right now to persuade
customers who just received one order to go ahead and place another
one. And, obviously, I was sucked right in.
The coupon is only good on an order of $100+, not valid on outlet
merchandise, and expires in late April or early May (I don't recall the
exact date). I've seen a few of them for sale on ebay.

Thanks for the post! Was she on last night? I also saw and liked her
but missed the introduction because I was trying to finish my book, The
Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night–Time by Mark Haddon. The book,
by the way, is excellent. It's told from the pt. of view of an autistic
15 year old boy who lives in England.

Ebay find: Marc by Marc Jacobs beige and white linen sandals for $110.00
(including shipping and insurance). Trying to find out what they retail for
but it seems like a good buy.
Can't wait to get them! I tried on a pair of blue croc Marc sandals at
Bloomingdales' today and they were unbelievably comfortable for 4 1/2 inch
heels. Uh oh, I am feeling a major shoe binge coming on. (I do this about
once every 5 years but I never pay full price so it should be okay?)

Sorry to follow up on my own post, but I had to report. Checked receipt of
payment and I actually paid $100.25 total, including shipping and insurance,
and saw elsewhere that they retailed for $285.00. Great deal! (Sorry for
top posting too, I don't know how to reverse it in outlook express.)

Girl, do you know what a deal you got on the Delmans? I have a black
pair in my closet, and I paid full price for them. The only bad thing
about them is they tend to stretch a bit.

I love Sierra Trading Post. I've probably bought 10 pairs of shoes
there!
