64 degrees We returned last night from five wonderful days in AZ.
There is just too much to do after a vacation. It's 11 a.m. and I am
still doing laundry, putting away things etc. It is supposed to rain
tonight so I have to pick lettuce and do other outside chores too.
green ribbed Zara long sleeve top
caramel cords
tan socks
Cole Haan tan woven leather loafers
earrings have beige mop drop circle, crystal and tan beads, gold ring
with green stone, gold watch
light green J Jill jacket
tan Furla handbag (we are transitioning to spring)

You have lettuce to pick in March! Must be nice. We're lucky to get any by
July. We were lucky today as my neighbor brought his snowblower over and
did the driveway (don't know what I did to deserve that but we'll take it
lol). Think about that while you're doing your outside chores :–)

Don't know what tomorrow will bring out, but I'm thinking of taking/wearing
my 25 year service watch (pocket style with chain) to the office tomorrow.
I've had it for two years and it's still in the box!

Cheers!

We are so spoiled that we can grow vegetables year round. It is the
first time though we have planted in winter because no one wants to work
in the yard. We actually have nice broccoli now, brussel sprouts that
need another month and beets. The radishes take just 21 days so spring
radishes are competing with fall crops. I understand your weather; DH's
relatives live in Smoky Lake north of Edmonton.
If the watch works, you should definitely use it.

TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF THE FIRST FULL PAY PERIOD SINCE I RETURNED TO
WORK: Up with the alarm clock, off to work faster than the day before.
Fang (female) brought me questions, Larry brought me questions, my
manager asked me a question about dividing workload ("let me test the
code, don't throw me in or there will be a _lot_ of questions!!!"),
and I did a _lot_ of software estimating. I came home and got a couple
of packages UPS left at the apartment office. For work:
Dark gray polo shirt
Blue denim chinos
Nike Air Kukini sneakers (black/gray)

[for everyone behind me}

Since the heat index was close to 90, I decided to change to:
Gray heather T–shirt
Gray heather adidas shorts, black stripes, new logo
[same sneakers, logo clash!]
Then, I went to pick up my new glasses (one pair progressive, one pair
for the computer... but I think the computer glasses will be more for
reading and work as I sit way back at home). Fed myself in front of
the TV. Also I'm seeing who still has their 4Q2005 (mostly) conference
calls on the Internet. Fortunately for me, General Growth Properties
has decided to do a podcast (in addition the the usual approach of
streaming it).... I'm not tied to my computer with a podcast. (They
frown on streaming at work, the network is too wimpy. One can hardly
get the audio for the mandatory training courses. VOIP phones don't
help.)

To go pick up my kitty from the vet (!):
slouchy khakis (Gap)
French blue ribbed tee shirt (Lands End)
espresso brown boots (Zappos, can't remember the brand)
brown suede jacket
red Birkin (too lazy to change bags)
wedding ring, diamond studs
