Try Colorworks... I go to the one in Fairfax. Nicole does a great job.

I'd recommend mine (Michelle at Hairport in Sterling VA) but she is on
maternity leave at the moment. Sniff. My hair is going to get WAY too
long because I just don't want anyone else to touch it. :P

I think Sonya at Georgetown Aveda is incredible. She listens to me,
asks what I want
and give great suggestions on color. Plus, I get the most relaxing
scalp massages
with the shampoo. Sometimes, when I feel tense I go get a shampoo and
blow out just for the
scalp massage! Anyway, the Georgetown Aveda Salon is on Wisconsin
Avenue, near Betsy Johnson so it makes for good shopping too!
