Un–popping Pop–Up Hampers

OK, we wash all that fabulous clothing we discuss here, right? So this
is sort–of on–topic.
I bought some pop–up hampers at a dollar store. They pop just fine, but
I can't figure out to fold them up again.
Anyone here know the secret?
(feeling very low–brain–power just now ...)
