Seen in a consignment shop – asking 40 dollars for it – in perfect
condition – dry clean only – polyester and acetate – has a crepey
feel and look. Fully lined. I know nada about this brand – does it
sound like too much? I wonder what this dress originally cost at
retail. Thanks for any advice or comments. Somehow the name sounds
like the house brand of some chain.....am I right?

Charter Club is a Macy's brand. Decent quality, but nothing fabulous. Not
an expensive line.

Look on line at macys.com for similar items by CC to see if the price is
worth it. I have lots of CC sweaters but no dresses.
