Is Vincent Longo Smoking Crack?!

"girlyfied" <girlyf...@gmail.com>
Only a crack habit and the resulting stupidity from said crack habit
could possibly compel someone to charge $42.50 for blush. BLUSH! True,
it's the new Water Canvas Blush. But $42 for blush is still $42 for
blush. Maybe I'm getting stingy in my old age, but I cannot fathom how
a blush that's 75% water could cost $42. It's in a tiny pot. Have they
no shame?

It looks as if there's ~maybe~ a tablespoon of product in the jar.
Roughly $1400 a pound if my top of the head calcs. are correct.

For that price it ought to do dishes as well!

Yes, that is correct. They have no shame and if the advertising is
good, the lemmings will run to get it.

Shrug. Chanel has blushes in this price range, and even higher, so its
really not a shocking price. I wouldn't buy it, though.
OTOH, I think it takes real chutzpah for them to suggest that you buy
more than one and layer the colors.

Yet I layer without being told. I am currently using Nars orgasm and
then I fluff a bit of Guerlain's terracotta bronzer on top.

I sometimes do as well. I just think its chutzpah to sell $42 blush,
and then suggest that it won't really look good unless you buy two!

Yes, it's the same as when SAs say you can't buy the lipstick unless you
also buy the liner or you need the three shadows if you want your eyes
to look good.

It's probably a good thing you don't live here in Australia. They used to
sell Stila lipglazes for $65 and they had less than 2 grams in them. My
Nars foundation costs me $98.
Maybe it's magic blush? lol ;)
