Okay, I admit I have a cashmere thing going. I don' t have much in the
way of cashmere, but what I do have, I love. So was in Nordstrom's
Rack today while my daughter expored the nearby Old Navy for shirt, and
found a $325 Eileen Fisher asymetrical cartigan in an bluebased
lavender for $89. It had been marked down a couple of times, but
still...seemed like a good amount of cofarbbucks. It's asymetrical in
a way that seems more styled than faddish (it's longer and fuller in
the front), I love the way it looks on me, 'spose I could be missing
something. But I think I scored.
Anything I should know? How well does Eileen Fisher do cashmere?. The
quality feels good. Of course, one could ask that relative to the
original $325 price tag....but I paid $89.
Any comments? Did I do okay?

(I always get a laugh over the use of "cofarb bucks"!) While $89 isn't
exactly free, it is a very nice price for a decent cashmere sweater. I
don't own any Eileen Fisher items, but they always appear wellmade and
welldesigned to me. And you "love" the way it looks on you. How could you
go wrong?
For reference, I saw some marked down (again) ABS cashmere cardigans at
Marshall's the other day for close to $100. I thought they were still not
in cofarb buck territory. But $89 for a $325 sweater...you go, girl! (And
I'm heavily into lavender these days after overdosing on pink for so long,
so take a few more cofarb bucks out of petty cash.)
