The mad–scientist chef caters to peckish big–brown–baggers with
"millionaire's meatloaf" and roasted "angry hen–in–law."

The new seventh–floor restaurant has Kelly Wearstler d=E9cor, a view of
the park, and a $25 riff on a Cobb salad.

SnAKS, on the fifth floor: tartines, or open–faced sandwiches, served
Parisian style on Poil=E2ne bread. HTwo, on two: Every salad from Caesar

thing) still or sparkling water.
