Does anyone know what the fashion period in Canada were called "La belle
epoque" or "the edwardian era"?

that's probably the same time as it was in the UK.. think late 1800's ..
belle epoque was fin de siecle

1890–1920, roughly.

Yes i know the year. It was 1890 – 1914. But do the Canadian people call
the perioed:
La belle epoque?
OR
The edwardian era?

In that the Statute of Westminster didn't take effect until 1931, I
would guess that it is primarily referred to as "the Edwardian Era."
But that is only a guess.
However, in that doing your academic research via the Internet or
USENET is risky at best, I would strongly suggest a visit to your
university library to consult with a reference librarian there who can
find you a textbook on Canadian history which would probably provide
you with a definitive answer.

In general, people say "belle epoque" in French, and "Edwardian era" in
English.
