Woke up early with a clear head... I didn't overdo it last night! We
went to dinner with 6 friends, and I wore my best jeans, high heeled
black beaded sandals and a dark plum beaded chiffon top. And a great
cheeta faux fur short jacket. There's nothing like a long dinner with
old friends. We switched seats after every course, and had a wonderful
time talking with everyone!

in sheets. My head is clear too though the rest of the household is

awoke at 9 pm with a terrible headache! i even smoked cigarettes
last night! i ran water into the pack just a while ago, and

Hopefully last night's digression was just that and you will not smoke
again. It is very difficult to quit habits and alcohol makes you more
vulnerable.

true, that. and that's why i poured water into the pack – to
make them unsmokeable; i'm not going to buy any more packs.

I am starting my week out by walking this morning and getting back
into making better food choices. I soooo fell off the eating healthy
and walking for exercise the past month and a half.
