Moving to Key West winter fashion questions

nos...@nospam.net (DDDD)
Well, once again it has come time for me to move my family and this time we're
headed even further south to Key West, Florida. Alt. Fashion has always been
a great source of information to get me prepped for my moves.
My big question..................What do people in Key West wear in the
winter? Every day I look at the weather report and it's in the 70's and 80's.
Obviously "traditonal" winter clothes are out, but do people just wear summer
clothes all year or is there a subtle color change with the seasons? Please
help?
Also any other good Key West information you have is always appreciated.
Cheers

Summer clothes all year long. It's a surprisingly not fashion conscious
place, so don't imagine you'll be walking on the set of a Tommy Bahama
photo shoot.

I lived in the Keys for (too many) years. About the only difference
between my summer and winter garb was in color. I did stay away from
the pure white and pastel stuff in the cooler months. Light jackets or
a sweater were about the only coverup I needed in early mornings,
except for a rare time or two when it dipped to the fifties. One
winter, OTOH, we never turned off the a/c.
Lucky you to be there in non – hurricane season.
Drool over the jewelry for me and eat at Abbondanza on Simonton..
