Fashion Tips?

Hey girls I'm in need of some fashion tips. I never wore make–up and I
dont really know how to do my hair or nails.. Is there some tips or a
book you can reccomend for me? Maybe a dictionary to cosmotology?? Also
I need to purchase a flat iron? I purchased some cheap one from Cvs
but it didnt do anything. What do you guys reccomend? Just to describe
myself a bit ..i'm 5'5 118lbs dark brown hair and eyes..light skin
completion.
