Dress on Charmed episode yesterday

I'm hoping someone out there saw the Charmed episode last night and can
help me identify the dress the Phoebe character wore. It's a
sleeveless dress, made from a pastel–colored print fabric. It has an
empire waist and some kind of rhinestone brooch in the center of the
dress at the bust line.
Does anyone have any idea who's the designer?
I was hoping Charmed had a web site "a la Sex in the City" with
wardrobe information for the characters....but no such luck.
I only saw music and book links at the official WB site.
