What the heck is that?! She walked into the finale of her Apprentice
show looking like she took a Hefty bag out of her pantry, cut it down
the middle, and made a pair of pants out of it.

Maybe. She made a whole Halloween witches' outfit on her show from
black trash bags. Perhaps she's getting one more wearing out of it for
the end to the fall season? ;–D

The orange cloak–like number was probably from Hermes. She likes them and

It was a little better though. At least is had some long layers
