medium tall shirts?

I'm looking for a shirt for my cousin for Christmas. He says he wears
medium tall but I can't find this size anywhere. I've looked everywhere
from Walmart to Kohl's and JC Penny. I find medium and I find large
tall but no medium tall. Any ideas as to where I might find a medium
tall shirt? I was thinking about getting a large shirt for him instead.
He's about 6'1"–6'3" and thin. I actually thought he would wear a large
anyway but maybe not.
