J Crew service rave...sort of.

Rant? Ridiculous sizing that makes a 2 P too big for me! And prices that
are through the roof.
Rave? When I returned on–sale 2 P cords recently, I requested a swap for 0
P, even though my color was sold out. I gave a couple other color choices
on my return form, and wrote that if the 0s were sold out, they could just
credit my credit card.
Today I got a phone call from J. Crew, just to apologize for the fact that
my size is sold out––and that they would apply the credit as requested.
I was really surprised and pleased that they went to that much trouble,
especially when they must be swamped with business right now.
