Speaking of chocolate candy

http://www.debas.com/ is a company that began where I live in central
California. It is now owned by House of Brussels but Mr. DeBas still
makes the chocolates. He makes the Nordstrom house brand truffles as
well as the Laura Secord chocolates in Canada. Back in the late 1970s
he came to Fresno and actually did a chocolate demonstration for a
gourmet cooking group I belonged to at the time. His products are
excellent.
