Customer Service Rant in Chicago

Can some one help me. While shopping in Marina Rinaldi (Oak Street) in
Chicago I had a bad experience with members of the staff and felt they
were very unaccommodating. Marina Rinaldi is a subsidary of Max Mara.
How can I find out who to direct my comments to within this
organization. I keep getting the run around and no one will give me a
name. Any info would be appreciated.
