Pedicure Questions...

In advance, I apologize if this gets posted twice, but I am having problems
with my NNTP server...
What is a "European pedicure"?
What is a "medical pedicure"?
I just saw both of those mentioned and with all of my recent foot problems,
like Plantar Fasciitis and ingrow toe nails, I am just curious. I have
never heard of either of them. Sorry if I am asking "stupid"
questions...But, the only truly "stupid" question usually, is the one that
is unasked LOL ;–) TIA everyone!!
