Banana Republic Order

I am so frustrated. On December 2nd I ordered five items, all full
price. I received my package yesterday. The invoice states the five
were included in the box, but the dress isn't there. I called CS and
was told it would be sent to "research" because of the cost of the item,
$158, and that I would hear back via e mail within 32 hours. Will it be
here for New Year's? I am so mad, I will probably eat my way out of the
dress size.

My feeling is they think I'm trying to pull a fast one on them and that

Bureau and any other place you can register a complaint.

that stinks. I would tell them that I was doing both.. that's horrible CS
and I would contact the Admin. Asst for the CEO of BR and tell them too

You are a sweetheart but I don't even know if it will fit. That's the
irony of the whole thing. I have looked at dresses for ages but always
buy separates because I am slightly short waisted and dresses never fit
properly. All these posts about the LBD, the article in In Style and my
weight loss made me rethink black dress. This one had an obi covering
at the waistline that I figured would hide the waistline problem. Last
Saturday it would have been perfect at the dinner/dance. It would have
worked well Sunday at the Andrea Bocelli concert. I could have worn it
tonight at a reception at the art center for the executive staff and
board members where DH works.
I will have this resolved by Friday. My credit card company will take
care of it swiftly. On the weekend we'll be in San Francisco and there
is a BR flagship store there so if the dress is there in my size I'll
try it on.
