AF SS Katie From Vancouver Comes to MN!!

Katie from Vancouver's Secret Santa package came today and I could not,
ofcourse, restrain myself from ripping it open immediately!! Inside was a
bunch of Canadian goodies–gifts–samples!!!
*Maple Syrup (gonna let my parents try that one out, I think that they would
enjoy that, they make pancakes/waffles every Saturday or Sunday morning!!)
*Quo Lipstick in Romance I have never seen this line b4 and the color looks
amazing!! A lovely my–lips–but–better shade. How did you know that is the
shade that I always love, Katie?! :–)
*Marcelle (also never seen this line either) Wet/Dry eyeshadow in Champagne
Bubble. Very beautiful color!! I like colors that are not super bright and
I also collect those champagne–taupe type shades, so Katie must have been
doing her homework, yet again!!
*2 Lancome mascara's (not sure if these are GWP size, but they are are a
nice size!)...They are Flextencils in Black and Defincils in Black. I have
heard so many raves about these mascaras, but never gotten the chance to
actually try them. I also love black mascara for the "drama" effect.
Excellent choice!!
*3 perfume samples: Coco by Chanel (I have had that in the big bottle b4,
but this makes for a nice purse size!), Pink Sugar (one I've never seen b4),
& Jaguar Women (I've never seen this one b4 either, but I'm not really up on
designer high end perfumes).
*Sebastian Trucco (a brand I have heard of but never tried) Velvet Ice Eye
Color in Orange Crush. This will look interesting on grey eyes!! It's got
ALOT of sparkles to it for fun. I think this will be interesting to apply!
I will have a lot of fun experimenting with it.
Thank you soooooo much, Katie, for all of your hard work! I was afraid I
wouldn't get my gifts b4 Dec 22nd, coz we are leaving for Kentucky then and
then I won't have access to usenet nor will I have my mail...it would have
been sitting at the post office on hold waiting till I get back on Jan 1st.

I'm glad that the colours of the Marcelle eyeshadow and Quo lipstick
work for you. I was able to get a bit of an idea of what shades you
like by Googling your old posts. As far as I know, the Marcelle and
Quo lines are Canadian and not available in the US, so I'm always
happy to try and send something new that you can't get down there. Of
course, if you end up loving it, then that means you'll have to make a
trip up here, haha.
I'm also glad you'll be able to get some use out of the mascaras. I
received them as GWPs but I don't wear black mascara and I hated to
see them go to waste, especially since they're Lancome! I have used
brown Flextencils and Definicils and like them a lot.
