Puffy eyes in the morning

Has anyone found any product that really helps with puffiness around
the eyes?

MAC Fast Response Eye Cream works wonders for me, but YMMV.
I also sometimes use HydroCortisone 1% cream from the OTC drugstore.
(not meant to be used on a continued basis)

Honestly, I've found the best thing is a couple of ice cubes wrapped in
paper towels. Hold them on your eyelids for a minute or two (or three,
if you can stand it). Cheap, effective, readily available.

sounds like allergies
1) change pillow case daily
2) use 2 pillow or put a phone book under the head of the bed
3) you might want to try some of those puffiness decreasing eye
creams.. but an antihistamine the night before might work too

For me, this is what gives puffy eyes:
Soy sauce/sushi too late in the day, but usually dinner
or any salty food that makes you hold water,
Too many carbs day before or close to bed, same
as above, it holds water (for me.)
