Santa is from Kansas!

ej...@optonline.net
Sorry if I am late posting this but I just got home from Mazatlan and was greeted by a plethora of
parcel post boxes and UPS deliveries for the new condo. Seems our mileage plan had been offering
mucho miles for on–line purchases and hubby had taken full advantage of the offer. Sorting through
the mess, DH came upon a box addressed specifically to me so he casually tossed it over. As soon as
I saw the return address, I knew!!! Secret Santa had arrived! And her name is Rebecca Strang –
a/k/a Whirlygirly.
Nestled on top of leopard skin paper was a Too Faced Starlette Quickie Chronicle palette in Naughty
Neutral and a Hard Candy Bon Bon Lip Gloss. Rebecca also included a Too Faced Lip Injection sample
as well as a large Philosophy sample of Amazing Grace shampoo. AND, lest I forget the most
nutritious and delicious part of her gift – a full bag of Hershey's Cherry Cordial Creme kisses!!!!!
Which was promptly ripped open and is currently being shared (albeit reluctantly <g>).
Rebecca, thank you so much for such thoughtful gifts. I would love to write to you directly but
Google munges your e–mail addy and you didn't include it in your note so please accept my public
thanks.
Hugs, kisses and thanks also to Jennifer for 10 years of Secret Santa organization – thank you my
friend. Too bad we will just miss you in Las Vegas next week.

I'm hoarding two bags, putting out just a few at a time. I haven't tried
any but they seem to disappear.

They are awesome! I had my first one last weekend while on a house tour
(random!!). My friend and I sat in the car after touring the house and took
our time eating these. YUM!

All the CVS/Walgreen stores where I live have them, as do most of the
supermarkets. The peanut butter kisses are ok, but the cherry ones are
definitely worth the diet dent.

Woohoo! I'm so glad it arrived safely, and I hope you love everything. I
was paralyzed with indecision between the "Starlette" and "Temptress"
(passionate plums) palettes.
Happy holidays to you!

I've been getting my fix at Walgreens. The first bag I bought, I left a
couple kisses on my husband's desk without telling him what they were,
and you should have seen his face when he bit into one! We've gone
through a couple more bags since then. <g>

We don't have CVS, I haven't seen them at the grocery, guess I'll
just have to break down and brave Walgreen's.
Thanks

ITA – but the LAST thing I need is to find more <g> – remember my quitting smoking? Well, as of
November 29th, it's been 3 months, 12 days and 15 pounds since my last cigarette. Cherry Cordial
Cremes are just too good.

Sigh, I guess I'll have to be brave and make a Walgreen's stop after
the Writer's Bloc lunch this afternoon.
Since I'm down over 40# – and almost four sizes– I can afford *one*
cherry kiss. I'll give the rest to my DH for the office.
