58 degrees dense morning and evening fog Welcome to weather in central
CA; at least I don't live out in the country where the fog lifts for
just an hour or two. It has been a stay at home morning to book appts.
for the girls and reservations for a January getaway for DH and me
(Pismo, Santa Barbara and west LA during the MLK weekend). Now I have
to hit the stores and do the errands. This evening we have a
dinner/dance and unfortunately I still don't have the BR black dress I
ordered so I will wear
Oscar stretchy black top with sequins and v neck
Classiques Entier black knee length skirt
black hose with SW black peau de soi pumps, thin straps that crisscross
and rhinestone detail on the sides
jewelry is undecided but may be my diamond pendant that I never wear
with diamond studs or the DY white and yellow gold necklace and bracelet
with pearl studs
black wool coat or possibly the mink because it will be cold (for CA);
the mink rarely gets out and this occasion would be ok
small black beaded clutch; a gift from my Dad in the 1960s
Daytime: more boring

black argyle socks with black Uggs
black SRC pullover with green and blue argyle pattern
diamond and pearl heart pendant, gold earrings and watch
black leather jacket (getting to be a true leatherette)
