OTC benzoyl peroxide gel recs?

Hi! I have a prescription for "BenzaClin" = clindmycin + benzoyl peroxide
gel. Unfortunately the 'script has expired so I cannot refill it easily.
Does anyone know of a similar OTC product? I will ask the pharmacist but af
experience/recs always rule! TIA!

Benzoyl peroxide alone is almost always OTC. Not sure where they draw
the line on strength or even if it's still there. (They have increased
the maximum strength over the years.)
Went out to the FDA Web site, the only other antibiotic that's sold in
combination with benzoyl peroxide is erythromycin... and that combo is
also a legend drug.
You may be able to get by with straight benzoyl peroxide, my
dermatologist (off–network now, alas... but I haven't needed one since
that happened) always tended to overkill problems.

I use a 2.5% BP gel from www.acne.org which costs $8.50 for 4 oz. It
is quite good as a substitute for sage skincare which I think is much
better but also much more expensive especially for shipping to
Australia which is over $30US.
