Wow, thank you everyone for the sweet birthday wishes! I've been soooo busy
that I haven't had much of a chance to read AF this week and didn't realize
there was a b–day thread for me! :)
Anyway, I had a great birthday! Spent it in San Francisco with my
fiance'...stayed at the Hilton (great place with renovated rooms), and
mostly shopped at Sephora, H&M (my first visit to one in the US!), and
Nordstrom.
My fiance' bought me from Nordstrom a pair of (are you listening, Cofarb??)
deep berry red Frye campus boots with floral stitching on the upper part.
They are sooooo cute and I've been wanting a pair of red cowgirl boots for
ages, ever since Cofarb talked about those adorable red Sendras with the
flowers on them.
I also got a $30 GC to Sephora which I used towards a new bottle of CSP
Vanille Abricot and a tube of L'Occitane hand cream. I almost bought the
Philosphy Candy Cane shower gel, but I felt it was too holiday–ish and I
would get tired of it next month. I still like it though.
Other gifts were a generous gc to a local boutique, BBW Cinnamon Orange
lotion/shower gel set (from that French line they carry) and a gc to Best
Buy.
I'll post my other recent purchases in the what I bought today thread.
