skin texture

In hi–end industry of fashion–beauty, skin is basic. To obtain a
perfect skin with detail (texture, pores) but without imperfection and
uniform is a really hard thread. I think that they use another
techniques, but not use gaussian blur, median or other filters. So,
many people say that a good makeup, light, etc in the original shot is
the key. I dont think that, because in this link, we can see how the
make up and light in the original shot are basic, but the post
production work in photoshop is great. How to make this perfect skin?
