Well, with over 1,000,000 associates, nothing surprises me. If you can
get them to do the right thing 99.99% of the time, that still leaves
about 100 major malfunctions.
The GAF manager was interviewed on CNBC last night. Bentonville only
sent a statement they read on the air.
