62 degrees with rain expected late this evening
I began the day with a massage, my second in two weeks, and I think the
excellent woman masseuse has done wonders to my body. Three weeks ago I
couldn't bend without pain. Anyway I felt so good I went shopping and
bought old fashioned glass ornaments and a table runner then went to
Whole Foods for assorted fun stuff. They have a good low calorie cocoa
mix. For the daytime I am wearing

Very cold and sunny, and a winter wonderland to boot as we got several
inches of snow overnight. I have caught The Engineer's cold so I am
going for ease and comfort (esp. as most of the organization is off
communing with each other this week).
