Secret Santa wish list

"jrogow" <jro...@newsguy.com>
Got my Santee this morning, so it's time to start the list.
Me, I'm easy to shop for:
if it smells like sandalwood, roses or lavender
if it has a Siamese cat motif
if it's something my daughters would like (everything!)
I'll love it.

i also love sandalwood scent. wheresmytea gave me a sandalwood
bath set last year and i still have some of the shower gel left!
i use it so rarely cos i love it so much! and i still have the
whole bar of soap.
candy is also good. i usually shop at Eddie Bauer, Nordstrom, or
Express Men. sometimes i shop at Gap.
just try to be creative; i'm sure i'll love anything you send.

3rd on loving Sandlewood. That's probably the only scent that I do
like and doesn't make me sneeze. I am also fond of Cats and hello
kitty. I know I will love whatever comes my way. I am fairly easy to
please and willing to try anything :–))

<valmont32...@aol.com>
I don't have a bath tub.....so bath bombs and products that require a bath
tub are not my thing. I do have a shower, however!!! Other than that, I
will love anything my Santa will send me!! Oh, and gently used extras are
also welcome/appreciated if you wanna include anything like that. :–)

"ahmward" <nospam.ahmw...@yahoo.com>
I'm very easy to shop for since I like so many things. Bubble bath that
actually has a ton of bubbles would be my first choice, and if you can't
find that, a Chia pet is fine too :) I have light olive skin, brown
eyes, and highlighted short brown hair.
Audrey
"Vicki in DC" <Nickycharles2...@yahoo.com>
I should be easy to shop for and googleable but for one thing – my eyes
are super sensitive and I never know what eye makeup will make them
flip out.
I'm a MAC NW20, dark brown hair w/ red highlights and hazel eyes. No
other allergies, slightly dry skin. Some of my fave things are little
palettes of cool lip/cheek colors, mini bottles of shimmery nail
polish, hair doodads of the ouchless variety, samples to play with,
teas, dark chocolate, and with DD now actively interested in lipstick,
jewelry and lotion (she asks for lotion every night before bed),
anything for her would be great too :).
Off to shop for my Santee,

I haven't posted for a while, but used to be very active. I'm "easy" though –
because I love just about everything :) Except for makeup, I'm very into food
and cooking, and I'm also a cat lover. Makeup–wise, I wear just about
everything. I've taken to exercise a lot more the past year, and I love handy
things to keep in my gym bag. Colorwise, I'm a pale redhead with freckles. And
I know I will be very happy with whatever Santa sends me!

Joining in with a couple of suggestions:
Fair skin, blonde hair, so my new love is purple eyeshadow and
liners. Also love bronzey colors both in liners and lipsticks. (not
sure if that is supposed to be my "color" but I love the bronze shades
nonethless!!) I also love nail polish and hair barrettes as I tend to
pull my hair back when I am having a busy day or going through the hot
hot hot weather here. I love chocolates too! No bath bubbles or bath
bombs as that is a no–no from my doctor. Love floral fragrances too
and Bath and Body works is a fave place to visit of mine!

Here are some hints:
I'm 30, have very fair skin, green eyes, and naturally curly hair that
I highlight blonde and blow out straight.
–I love bath stuff like shower gels, bath bombs, bath foams
–I love fruity scents
–I love body butters or moisturizers. Lately, I've noticed that my
hands have been especially dry, and I'm looking for my holy grail rich
but non–greasy hand cream. Something not too strongly scented.
–I love skincare and am always trying to find a product that will
really make a difference on my fine lines. I use rich moisturizers
because I live in Minnesota, where I have the heat cranked up 8 months
out of the year.
–I very rarely wear nail polish
–I dislike lavender, musky, rose, or vanilla scents (though I do love
Buttercream––go figure)
I do have a holiday registry on sephora.com, but please, please don't
feel like you have to buy me something from the list! I love
surprises!!!
"Snowy Rose" <pikachu14...@ mindspring.com>
::Looks sheepish but decides to join in anyway::
I could be the poster child for the goth kiddies if I was so inclined... but
its too hot to wear all black in Miami! I'm very fair skinned with blueish
greenish eyes and light brown blondeish high lighted hair (the pink
highlights have washed out... finally....onward to blue... maybe). I wear
very little makeup on a daily basis, just lipstick/gloss/whatever i can
dredge up from the bottom of the purse and maybe mascara and light colored
shimmery eye shadow if i'm not in a rush. I am, however, the queen of
perfume. I adore pink and lavender. i'm pretty easy like that. :–)

I like everything EXCEPT:
eyeshadows of any kind
green makeup of any kind (including nail polish)
vanilla–scented anything
sparkly stuff
I LOVE:
candles
earrings
lip stuff
rose–scented anything
food :)
I'm a 40–something but I have a pre–teen so she will pretty much grab
anything I can't use...

Sorry it took me so long to post on this!
Anyhow, if my Santa needs guidance, well the only thing I don't like is
mint scent. I like fruity scents. I wear mostly MAC cosmetics, and my
coloring is MAC NC30.
But, in reality, I am sure to love any gift sent to me!

Miss Jenney <j3nn...@hotmail.com>
I've been cheating and Googled the list from last year. ;–)
However I wasn't doing SS last year, so I should probably help my
Santa out.
I'm a 31 yo Asian(Korean) female with dark brown shoulder length
hair(currently undyed and undamaged, yay!). My hair is atypical, thin
and wavy. Brown eyes, MAC NW 25, freckles. Skin is combination w/ a
tendency to become dehydrated. I've recently discovered wrinkles and
I'm FREAKING out.
I'm pretty much in "need" of everything since I moved to Pittsburgh.
It's a long story involving US Customs and an entire Rubbermaid tote
of products and makeup currently sitting in storage in Niagara
Falls(Ha, it may be easier to tell you what I currently have vs. what
I need/want). Of course to say I "need" things is all tongue in cheek
seeing it's amazing how little one can live without.
I don't have any allergies/sensitivities.
I don't wear lipgloss mostly bec I can't stand my hair getting caught
in it and it always does. :–( I mostly wear very neutral shades of
lipstick or very dramatic red shades(Currently the 2 lipsticks I own
are MAC Isis and Russian Red).
I don't have a proper bathtub for bathbomb type things. :–(
All manner of samples would be welcome.
If you're really curious, you can find me fairly easily on Friendster.
Cheers,
Miss Jenney

Hi!
I haven't posted much here so this is just to help my Santa out a bit. I
also have an account on MUA.
I love all lipstuff..lipglosses in nude, nude–pinky shades and lipbalms. Can
never have too many lip products.! I also love all eyeshadows, especially
earthy tones..browns, champagnes, greens, blues, and dark smokey colours. I
adore shimmery and sparkle products too. Also love hair products, and bath
and body products: anything vanilla/foody/holiday scented body lotions, milk
baths, creams, soaps..!
Hope you enjoy your holidays. :)

onmycue <onmy...@tds.net>
Dear Santa,
I have a serious fragrance habit––chypres, ambers, incense, wood,
spice, but not floral and marine. I don't need any makeup. Bath stuff
is good, but I don't use scented lotions.
I love large, artsy, funky jewelry–maybe with a little Bohemian flavor.
Scarves work too. A wrap of some sort is a daily accessory.
Favorite stores: April Cornell, JJill, any small boutique
Our old cat died a few weeks ago, but we will be fostering rescued
Bengals very soon, so toys and treats will be appreciated. No children
of our own, but I am mentoring a teenage girl from a Masonic youth
group. I am active in the Masonic family–Order of the Amaranth, not
Eastern Star.
Anything you choose will be lovely and I look forward to seeing what
you find.

I want to change my post so I can ask for a bright blue Mustang. I
guess the ones under $20 would be too small to drive.

I don't usually post to this thread, because the main reason I sign up for
SS year after year is the guaranteed surprise. But I've posted so little
this year, I thought my Santa might be panicking.
I have fair, sensitive skin, blue eyes and ultra fine, fairly short brown
hair. I love trying new things. I don't tend to experiment much on my own.
Some of my most favorite products are things I've discovered through af
secret santa. I especially love bath potions and foodie scents. I'm
allergic to mineral oil. In the non–cosmetic realm, I'm a musician, parent,
gardener and yoga enthusiast, among other things. To give you some idea of
my style, my favorite place to shop for casual clothes is Anthropologie.
HTH,
APS
"Lipgloss Junkie" <lipglossjun...@gmail.com>
I don't want to ask for anything in particular so here's the lowdown:
–Loooove gloss. Except nooooo frosted colors. I like the supershiny
semi–transparent glosses.
–Am on the lookout for the HG handcream
–Love mod stuff a la Jonathan Adler & Angela Adams
–Looking for HG hair thickening mousse/gel/spray (I have fine shoulder
length hair)
–Love the Votivo Red Currant candle
–Love green tea scents
–Don't take baths, but shower gels are great
–Don't like vanilla scents
Hope this helps!

Hi Santa
I used to post fairly frequently (uhmmmm...make that a *lot*) but haven't done so to the point where
I feel like a newbie again. So saying, I am short, dark haired, brown eyes, pale skin – usually the
2nd from the lightest in any foundation line works perfectly for me.
We are in the process of moving out of the country and I am trying to pare down which doesn't quite
jive with the fact that I quit smoking 3 months ago so I have been "rewarding" myself with
everything under the sun that isn't food – Stila Golden Moon palette – check – Stilla Rose Moon
palette – check check, etc. See what I mean about being good to myself <g>? I have been eyeing
Clinique's Black Honey cream lip liner and the Sonia Kashuk makeup kits from Target, so brazen hint,
brazen hint.
I am still a total vanilla scent fanatic and since I am allergic to cold weather, my lips
immediately act up at any temperature under 72 Celsius and I am **never** without Kiehl's lip balm
#1 or Smith's Rosebud Salve.
OK, enough about me – let's talk about you. Don't stress the SS – this is a time for fun, for
laughter, for everything looking rosy and everyone having a smile. Anything you send will be
wonderful and will be appreciated. Thank you.

I'm reasonably easy to google for, but decided to post.
I'm not much into bath products.
I'm allergic to citrus and strawberries in large amounts.
I've been using nail products more this year, favoring Sally Hansen
and OPI. (Haven't been able to find Essie locally yet)
I love drugstore stuff, a lot of my products are L'Oreal.amd I love
trying new L'Oreal products
I "heart" Walgreens
I love Hello Kitty.
I'm a geek.
I like "pretty" scents, white florals, florientals, no musks or foody
scents, (a bit fruity is fine)
I have found my HG haircare in Dove.
I love chocolate, I hate Peeps.with a passion
I'm a MAC NC20, an oilygirl, I've found an awesome foundation in
L'Oreal's Cashmere Perfect.
I have brown hair with a touch of (colored) red, brown eyes.
Unlike a certain former "blackette" and "red lippiette", I still like
red lippies, though I have added more roses, plums, pinks and YLBB
colors recently. I hate frosts and love glosses (but not gritty glosses)
I have recent pictures (from Thanksgiving) up on my website:
http://home.mchsi.com/~VeronicaMoonlit/index.html
I'll love whatever my Santa sends me, truly. I'm willing to try anything.

Makeup, it takes believing in. Like a magic carpet, it's belief that

Hi there Santa from Australia
I would appreciate anything that Santa would like to send me especially
all the things that we cannot get in Australia such as Queen Helene
Mint Julep Mask (and any drugstore cosmetics), anything from Sephora
(when are they coming to Australia??) and BBW etc.
I have black hair, brown eyes and sensitive skin – C30 MAC Studiofix is
my colour.
Thank you Jennifer for organising this!

whirlygirly <whirlygirlygirlSPAMF...@gmail.com>
I have elbow–length red hair and neutral–toned fair skin. I'm 37 but I
guess I don't dress my age, I'm in a creative field and my style is very
casual/punky. I wear a lot of black, purple, chocolate brown, red and
pink (pretty much in that order). I love shimmer, sparkle, and
metallics.. I'm a big Urban Decay fan but I think I've reached a
saturation point as far as their products are concerned. I love cats and
Hello Kitty. I'm allergic to musk, jasmine gives me a headache, and I
just plain don't care for lavender/floral scents. I love foody scents
like chocolate, cinnamon, caramel, banana and coconut.
I hope this gives my Santa enough to go on. This is my first time
participating, thanks again to Jennifer for organizing it!

Dear Santa,
I haven't posted much in the past year so I figured I should join in
and give some hints, although I love getting presents and will be very
happy with anything you want to send :–)
I have fair, warm–toned skin, light brown medium–length hair and brown
eyes.
I love:
–lip balms and lip glosses, especially in warm or neutral colours like
pinky–beige, brown, bronze, clear (last year, my Santa Robin in KY,
sent me a Lancome gloss collection and GWP that I've gotten a lot of
mileage out of – thanks Robin!)
–eyeshadows in warm and neutral tones
–scarves of any description
–chocolate!
–samples of just about anything, even if gently used
–any kind of smoothing, defrizzing hair products
–anything to do with birds
–anything food–scented, especially dessert–type scents (cake,
chocolate, etc) and anything apple–scented
–I'm a sucker for Bonne Bell stuff
–any kind of shower gel
–any kind of moisturizer
–fridge magnets
Like I said above, though, I just love getting things in the mail so
whatever you'd like to send me will be very much appreciated!
Katie
"Miss Livvy" <Xeveryidiwantistak...@yahoo.com>
I have dark brown hair, brown/green eyes, medium skin tone with a bit of
olive in it. The foundation I'm currently using is True Match N5.
I look best in dark purple, dark blue, and dark green eye shadows/pencils.
I've been thinking of trying something new on my eyes but not sure what?
I wear black mascara. Thinking of trying dark blue mascara, but have not
gotten around to it. Does that even work on black eyelashes?
Tend to wear light pink lipsticks but I'm really into pale orange right now.
I'm not really into gloss.
Also tend to wear light pink or neutral colored nail polish.
I could use a peachy blush.
Interested in Vitamin C antioxidant lotions/serums
Love bath oils

Dear Santa,
I am fair (MAC NC 15, BE #1) and definitely lean towards warm–toned
makeup. I have no known allergies, but my skin is sensitive to chemical
sunscreens and my eyes are sensitive to voluminizing mascaras–– I tend
to wear those that tint your lashes only. I have normal to dry skin and
very thick, dry hair. Many fragrances seem to "disappear" on me, but I
do wear and enjoy sandalwood or gardenia–based lotions and scents.
My husband and I live in a very small town (no grocery store!) with our
three cats. Best wishes for a happy and healthy holiday season!

Boohoo. I have emailed Jennifer about it. Now I am just waiting for
any latecomers to sign up. So let me encourage anyone who didn't sign
up yet. It's so much fun! But I need a partner to exchange with. So
get in the spirit and join in.

Dear SS,
I have medium brown hair almost to my waist and my colorings are usually
around MAC NC35, BE medium 2.3 with hazel eyes. I never really stick to
the warm or cool guidelines, because I feel I can wear most anything and
still get away with it. I've started using anti–aging products in an
effort to stay young (I am between 45–50) and it's working!
I am sure that I will love anything you purchase, since we are all
kindred souls on this ng.
Thank you Santa!
