Novica rants or raves?

There's a necklace at Novica that I'd love to get for a friend of mine
who wears silver exclusively.

I think it would look great on her. I've never bought from Novica
before though. Any rants or raves or in–betweens? I checked Google
but nothing was from this year, though there were some recs from
previous years. Just checking, and I know places go up and down in
quality from time to time.

Their customer service, by the way, is outstanding. I had a mirror that
I bought through their eBay store that arrived from Mexico broken. They
offered to either replace the whole thing or pay for replacement mirror
glass (up to a certain amount). I chose to send the mirror back at
their cost, but the second one arrived broken as well. I contacted them
again and was given the same offer. This time, we just bought a
replacement mirror –– I sent them the bill for the mirror, and they
refunded my money promptly. All of this was done quickly and cordially.
I was very impressed.
I'd give them my highest marks.
