help with boots

clons...@aol.com
My friend's daughter wears a 10.5 boot, and wants Frye boots for
Christmas. She can't find them anywhere. Does Frye make a women's
10.5? If not, can you suggest similar boots by other manufacturers?
She's counting on a.f.!
thanks,
cary

Went to Zappos, they have 10 and 11 but not in the middle.
Most womens' shoes go to whole sizes once they get to size 10 (mens'
shoes do it at 13).
Given the pseudoconsistency displayed by the footwear industry, I'd
suspect one or the other may work.

Plus, the green Spenco insoles do wonders if footwear is slightly too
big.

Just FYI –– the Zappos site reviews claim that the boots run large, but I
did not find this was the case. I had to return the ones I ordered (a
half size down, as recommended) and they didn't have my real size so I
remain Frye–less.
