gloves. (It got cold overnight.)

75 degrees I wasted a lot of time yesterday going to pick up my new
glasses which weren't in yet and then later in the afternoon I was told
they weren't made properly:( I will go to tonight's gala with no
glasses and poor vision. Vanity comes before common sense at times.
Today I am helping a friend with grant writing before I go to work.I'm
wearing

gray lightweight wool slacks
argyle socks with ancient but comfortable SW gray microfiber loafers
black bead triple strand necklace, earrings with lavender and purple
stones to look like three tiny flowers, silver Swatch
black leather jacket in the morning
the new Cole Haan small hobo from the village collection, black with tan
stitching

early on Thurs it was Second jeans and a pink v tissue tee with lace
trim
had to hit LA so cofarb and I conferenced via email photos and phone..
and I wound up wearing plum tweed cuffed cropped pants, embellished
tank (ribbed cotton with beads) in lighter plum, a plummy/burgundy
herringbone jacket that has a ribbon tie and brown suede slightly
slouchy wedge boots.
It was so freaking hot yesterday that I didn't need the jacket even at
9 pm at night!
