Diesel clothing on eBay

Hi,
I've seen and really like what Diesel makes and I'd like to buy some
shirts and jeans, but I know their stuff cost a lot (350$ for a pair of
jeans?) (at least that's what everybody's telling me, correct me if I'm
wrong) and it's hard to find places that sell Diesel here in Quebec.
Now, I've seen lots of stuff on eBay at cheap prices like 20$ for shirts
and 70–80$ for jeans. And this stuff is supposed to be brand new and
authentic! Now, I know there is a fake market for Diesel, but is it just
all fake? Or is there something else? Stolen clothing? If so, it's sad,
I don't want to buy stolen clothing.

Since what you get from eBay is not an original consumer purchase from
an authorized dealer, it's not demonstrably authentic.
There's a good deal of "pre–owned product discount" on eBay.
I'd suspect more likely closeouts, factory outlet stuff bought by
people who wanted to eBay it, etc., etc.
Well, it's pretty much impossible to prove anything about eBay other
than Marg Whitman gets her cut on the sale.
