Another example of good customer service

This fall I placed an order with One Hanes Place for six pairs of the
world's softest socks, four for my son and two for me. The two for me
were sent in the wrong size. I sent one back to the company asking for
the larger size explaining that I included the other pair in a box I
made up for a senior citizen. Today I received two pairs in the correct
size at no charge.
It's a good day :)
