Scoop neck/half button tee shirt as seen on Desperate Housewives

Does anyone know where I can find a tee shirt like the one Teri Hatcher was
wearing in the last episode? I have looked for it but cannot find it.
It is scoop neck, long sleeved, buttons on one side, the buttons are only
for decorative purposes.
