Unfortunately, I'm a plus size, and plus size
dresses seem to consist of tents and empire waist tents.
Unless you have plenty of $$$ and can shop at marina rinaldi or something.
I see STYLES of
dresses (e.g.in the article you mentioned) that I KNOW would great on me
(v neck, defined waist, slightly full skirt, just below the knee,
fabulous fabric), but they just don't make them in my size.
I've seen hordes of dresses I desire (not that they would look good on
me) and know they don't come in my size.
Plus size
dresses seem to assume that you have a giant bust and no waist. Neither
of which is true in my case. And 80% of them are ankle lenght.
You can also see a dress that comes in both misses and plus, the
misses version has a nice flattering 2123 inch waist to hem
measurement and the plus size version will have a 26. I'm not siz
foot tall, I want the misses length! I had one dress I ordered that
claimed to have that length but when It came it was far far longer,
calf length.
You did say, keep ranting, right? This is a subject I've given some
thought to, as you can tell, and is one of the main reasons I am
occassionally motivated to lose weight. Nevermind health and looks, I
want a dress!
Me too. I've lost weight and it's still frustrating.
Still hunting,

Good luck with your hunt, may it be successful.

Makeup, it takes believing in. Like a magic carpet, it's belief that
makes it fly. Otherwise, it's just a rug.
If you believe in it, makeup has a magic all it's own.
Of course, makeup is only dimestore magic. But it works well enough,
