Seven7 or Seven for All Mankind?

Can anyone enlighten me what's the main difference between these Seven
jeans: http://www.seven7jeans.com/ as well as Seven for All Mankind ones?
I've seen them both on sale here at our local high–end dept store and since
the names are so similar it's a bit confusing. Are they the same or
different brands? Thanks!

As far as I know, the seven7 jeans are made by Express, you can get
them at Express stores. Clearly a rip off of Seven for All Mankind.

The main difference? 7 For All Mankind jeans run in the $200+ range
while Seven 7 jeans are in the under $89 range.
