Dior Anti–Fatigue Substitute Found!

"EMiriamD" <emiri...@gmail.com>
So, OK. As many now know, Dior stupidly discontinued their wonderful
Anti–Fatigue undereye concealer, replacing it with a product that is
both more expensive and, according to early reports, not as good.
Well, I took the recommendation of one a.fer (sorry, I don't recall who
it was) and tried CG's TruMatch concealer. And the verdict is: a
total winner! Fabulous! Works as well as the Dior and for a LOT less
$$. Yaaaaaaaaaay!
For the record, I was #200 (second lightest shade) in the Dior and am W
4/5 (warm light–medium) in TruMatch.
Phooey on Dior. And hooray for CG!

Thanks so much for posting this. I too was devastated by Dior's
traitorous move to discontinue Anti–Fatigue. I'm hording my last two
tubes and haven't been able to find any remaining Anti–Fatigue tubes
left anywhere. I was just in Asia for two weeks and couldn't find any
there either, nor in duty free shops in 6 different airports!
I tried the Armani concealer but it didn't do as good a job. What I
particularly liked about the Dior was the fact that it blended in so
well –– never any flakes! The Armani was very nice, but there were
some flakes.
I'll try the Tru Match.

My bad! It's L'Oreal's Tru Match concealer! I was confusing it with
CG's TruBlend powder foundation. Sorry for the confusion––my brain was
on coffee break.

I bought this on the strength of your recommendation and tried it on
tonight, on really tired under eye circles. And what do you know, it
works, just as you said! I was saying Oh My God, this is really good
stuff! Blends in seamlessly, has a natural finish (neither matte nor
shiny), very nice indeed! Thank you!!

Oh, I'm so happy! Isn't it wonderful? And how nice to pay so little
for such an excellent product. I'm now thinking that the universe, in
its infinite wisdom, caused Dior to discontinue the Anti–Fatigue so
that we could discover TruMatch.
(And in the interest of not getting screwed, I'm gonna buy a few of
these in case L'Oreal decides to discontinue. We all know that's how
the system works, n'est–ce pas?)
