Short hair help!

Hi there,
I recently shaved my head on number 2 all over. I have about 6mm of
hair. I quite like it like this but my only problem is that it sticks
up and I'd like it to sit flatter against my head. I have very
straight hair and I guess that you could say it's rather thick.
Is there anything that I can put on it to make it sit down on top but
also look natural?

I forgot to ask – will this leave greasy marks on everything that it
touches like Dax Wax does?
