Metal–free winter boots

Any recommendations for men's winter boots (warm & water–proof) that
will make it through a metal detector? I have to go through a security
check point every workday and I really do not want to take my shoes off
for the x–ray each time and trudge through melted snow to clear the
metal detector.
Brands and websites if available appreciated.
