Black boots with blue layer on sole?

Does any one know where in the UK I can get a pair of these mens boots
I saw someone wearing in London yesterday?
They were black with a "greasy" upper and white stitching, but
otherwise very plain.
The sole was black rubber, but with a light blue coloured layer running
through it.
Any ideas? Thanks.
