What makeup/fragrance/skincare do you love this week?

"Ellen Brickman" <kine...@ptd.net>
Thought it was time for a poll –
3 Bobbi Brown shadows I bought this past summer – White, Beige and Black
Plum It is a good neutral eye with a little splash of liner.
Giorgio Armani Sheer Cream Blush #2 – You need this. The texture is divine.
It is soft and creamy, but not greasy. You can use a brush (synthetic or
sable) or fingers. The color is wonderful. I kept reading reviews on MUA
saying it gave them that flushed in from the outside look. I realized,
after using the product, these people don't have roseaca! Fresh in from the
outside means beet red to me. Actually, this is a soft rose that gives just
the right touch of color. It can be intensified a little with layering.
Giorgio Armani Matte Silk Foundation #2 – Very nice and stays put better
than most.
Serge Lutens Un Lys – On a cranky day lilac make me smile. The initial
lilac drys down to the most wonderful floral. I kept catching a whiff
during the day and wondered what smelled so good, then I realized it was me.
Jo Malone Lime Blossom – I sampled Les Bains du Marais Orange Flower. I
caught a very faint hint of the most delightful smell. It was familiar. I
realized I was smelling Jo Malone's Lime Blossom on my clothes from a
previous day. I didn't think about the Orange Flower again.
Chanel #5 Sensual Elixir – I can't believe I like it. The fragrance starts
out so powdery, then it dries down to this soft nice indescribable scent. I
still don't like other versions of #5, but this one is good. It is perfect
for work/job interview.
Chantecaille's Flower Harmonizing Cream & Jasmine and Lily Healing Mask – I
went ahead and ordered these for the umpteenth time. Along with Astara and
Mir, Chantecaille is one of the few lines where I have used product up and
re–purchased. If Chantecaille would quit jacking the prices up, I would
purchase more regularly.

MAC fluidlines to line my eyes. I bought the black one last week and
own two that are brown. Also, I reluctantly had my hair color toned down
for fall so I am back to using a gold Shu shadow on my lids.
06130 yuzu rouge is still my favorite fragrance I really need to get
rid of some of the many fragrances I don't use.
The next time I am at an Armani counter, I will try the cream blush.

I haven't been using very much lately but I do really like
1. Shu Umera automatic eyebrow pencil. Great for drawing in
individual eyebrow hairs and there's a great blending brush at the end
2. Laura Mercier lip balm. It comes in a lipstick tube and has a
wonderful chocolate–y smell. Gives your mouth a hint of moisture,
color and sparkle

I have been trying out the line of Repechage products. My favorite one is the
Hydra Dew Illuminating Cream Mask. It's a mask that you apply to your skin and
then 10 minutes later you tissue it off instead of washing it off. It has these natural
light reflecting minerals that causes your skin to radiate when a light hits it.

I took my Angel fragrance out of my cupboard since the weather is
much cooler. I don't care for this fragrance during our very hot
months, but now that it is November I feel like wearing it.
Also bought a lipstick at Kohl's (the line that Ashley Judd
advertises), forgot that brand name, but it is a nice shade of a
browny–red.
