pantsuit, shoes, Cosabellas for the girls and all sorts of things. This
is usually my favorite sale at Nordstrom but perhaps I'll pass too.
Their catalogues look more and more like the ones from Macys, same old
stuff I've seen for many years.

my Diamonique ring from QVC. I stopped and got a french manicure on my
way home tonight, and what a surprise to see my ring was waiting for me
when i got home.
They go nicely together :–)

I ended up getting the Diamonique 100–Facet 3 ct tw 3 Stone Ring.

My agility teacher called my dog Angel a "party animal", so when I saw
this: http://tinyurl.com/ay8px I couldn't resist. The first one was
too small, so I requested an exchange, and instead they told me to keep
the small one and sent me a larger one, which arrived yesterday,
completely free! The too–small one has been donated to a fundraising
auction for a dog rescue.

Nordies Anniversary sale book.
First impression: Underwhelmed
I hope they have more things in the store, I wasn't impressed, didn't
see any Misook or Cosabella
Only one coat and the bags & shoes were sorta 'eh[the monsac bags were
nice but I still have a Furla from some 5 years ago Just Like That !]
I think I am getting too preppy in my old age[partial to jCrew these
days]
Oh well, like a good loyal Nordies fan, I will dutifully go to the
sale and refuse to leave until I made a decent purchase. I can always
pick up stuff for The Man (DH) and cosmetics & pajamas are always safe
bets.
Anybody get more inspired ?

I did!! I was inspired. i found a complete outfit that I am going to go
buy. cropped pants, cami and sweater.. also there are some other things
I would buy too. I am going to take the kid for some khaki pants
shopping (school uniform) and see what we can do there. At least I know
they won't fall apart.
I also know that the brass plum jewelry is a great bargain too
