foot petals – anyone used these for sandal slip?

Leigh Melton <le...@nbi.com>
I saw these on Popgadget. I have a pair of slides that I love but
unfortunately my feet do just that in them – slide. It makes walking
uncomfortable.

It sounds like a good idea, I was just wondering if they really did
help with that. If so, I may have to make a Target run.

Leigh,
I don't know about these but years ago I used something similar to eliminate
slide in some pumps that I wore. They worked and they look and sound
exactly like these Tip Toes (except these are flower shaped). Naturalizer
gave them to me free. An added bonus is that they were cushioned (like
these) and it felt wonderful!

I have used these to give a little exta padding to my shoes under the
balls of my feet. They work! A+!

AM – thanks for the tip. I think I need these. My feet are sliding in
my new Aerosoles and.. ouch, today my toes are sore and nearly
blistered because I had the AS's on yesterday. But if I get the foot
petals, they should keep this from happening again.

I've never used this brand (I like the colors and patterns!), but the
old–fashioned Dr. Scholl's beige kind work well for what you describe.

HUE makes these, too, they call them Foot Gelz and they're sold with the
socks in Dept Stores. They work great in mules and backless pumps to keep
them on your feet. No more walking out of your shoes and
clump–clump–clumping down stairs. They can be washed in soap and water,
reused over and over. 3/$12.00. Love Em!

thanks to AM and our local fave boutique, I had bought several
different pairs of these including ones that cover the heel area so
that I didn't get blisters on a certain pair of shoes.
I also purchased that dr scholls insert for open toed shoes too but
haven't used it
